Purchases that are are shipped from Canada usually arrive within 3-12 business days from receipt of your order. For an additional charge, we can expedite delivery to most destinations in 1-3 business days.
Orders are shipped on business days only. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding public holidays.
Returns & Exchanges
If you’d like to return or exchange a phone or online order, please send us a message to obtain a return authorization, and receive further instructions.
Returned items need to be 75% intact and returned in their original packaging and include a copy of the packing slip. You can return items up to 30 days after the date we shipped your order. Shipping charges are not usually refundable.
Remember, we cannot accept returns without prior authorization. If we shipped the wrong item to you by mistake, send us a message; we will re-ship the correct item at no additional cost.
How are returned items credited back to me?
Returned items are normally credited in the original form of payment.
How long does it take to process a return?

Order Cancellation & Changes
We do not normally accept order cancellations or changes once an order has been processed. If you have a question about your order, send us a message and quote your order number.
If your order has not been processed and you reach out with changes we will try our best to accommodate to your needs.
